Evntyr is a development and innovation product owned by DSB. Evntyr is developed and operated by DSB Digital Labs, DSB's innovation unit. DSB Digital Labs develops and executes ideas for the digital services of the future for DSB.

Our vision for Evntyr is to be able to bring together young groups of friends, to involve and coordinate their next adventure through Evntyr. We make the experiences more accessible through train travel, and open up more opportunities for both group travellers as well as event and activity providers. Evntyr will be referred to as "Evntyr", "we", "us" or "the product" through terms of service and privacy policy.

The Product is very much experimental, so everything is subject to change. With new products, services, and features launching all the time, we need the flexibility to make changes, impose limits, and occasionally suspend or terminate certain offerings. We may also update our Product, which might not work properly.

The Product change frequently, and their form and functionality may change without prior notice to you. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to part or all of the Product without notice or liability.

Your use of our Product constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy incorporated into the Terms. In other words, if you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our product.

Data collection & sharing

We always process the personal information you enter yourself in connection with the creation of your profile. As a minimum, the data we process comprise your email address. If you use the product, we will also process your trip/account activity. Such as trip activity and engagement/invitations sent / the number of guests/guest activity and engagement.

The purpose of this processing is to give you the opportunity to use our product. The legal basis for this can be found in General Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1), litra b.

Guests have to agree to the same Terms of Service to use the Product and are treated as users.

We We only retain non-identifiable and non-personal data, such as analytics data in anonymised shape. Only trusted employees with work-related needs in DSB have access to the personal information collected.

Activity and interaction on the website is tracked via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel and Hotjar.
